• By submitting content, you grant us the right to use it strictly for production and order fulfillment
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have legal rights to all submitted designs

5. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our services:

• For illegal activities under Egyptian law
• To infringe intellectual property rights
• To produce offensive, harmful, or misleading materials
• To disrupt or interfere with operations

We reserve the right to terminate services for violations.

6. PRODUCTS & SERVICES DISCLAIMER

• Customized products may vary slightly in color, size, material, or finish due to manufacturing processes
• Such variations are not considered defects
• We do not guarantee subjective satisfaction once designs are approved

7. ORDERING PROCESS

1. The client submits product requirements and customization details
2. A quotation is provided and approved
3. Payment is made as agreed
4. A digital mockup (“approval file”) is issued

Approval Responsibility

Final production begins only after client approval.
Once approved, the client bears full responsibility for:

• Design errors
• Typos
• Layout issues

Samples & Revisions

• Clients may request a physical sample before mass production
• All samples must be paid in full in advance
• No sample production will begin without confirmed payment
• Any requested changes (before or after sample production) may:
  • Incur additional costs
  • Extend production timelines
• Sample-related costs may include:
  • Production
  • Customization
  • Shipping
• The client must approve either:
  • The digital mockup, or
  • The physical sample (if requested)

8. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods:
  • Bank transfer
  • Mobile wallets (e.g., Vodafone Cash, InstaPay)
  • Online payment gateways
• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise

Sample Payments

• All sample orders must be paid 100% in advance
• No sampling work will start without confirmed payment

Late Payments

May result in:

• Production delays
• Suspension of services
• Order cancellation

9. DELIVERY & LOGISTICS

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk transfers to the client once goods are handed to the courier
• Incorrect shipping details are the client’s responsibility

International Orders

• The client is responsible for:
  • Customs clearance
  • Duties and taxes
    Unless otherwise agreed

10. STORAGE & FULFILLMENT

If fulfillment services are used:

• Products may be stored in third-party warehouses
• Storage, handling, and delivery fees apply
• The client is responsible for shipment requests and costs

11. RETURNS & CLAIMS

Returns are only accepted in cases of:

• Damaged items
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect customization caused by Eske Projects

Conditions

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

Resolution Options

• Replacement
• Partial refund
• Store credit

No returns or refunds for client-approved designs or errors

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the value of the order
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including:

• Government regulations
• Currency restrictions
• Supply chain disruptions
• Natural disasters

14. RETENTION OF TITLE

Ownership of goods remains with Eske Projects until full payment is received.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for third-party providers including:

• Payment processors
• Couriers

16. ERRORS & OMISSIONS

• Correct errors in pricing or content

17. TAXES

• Prices may exclude VAT (currently 14% in Egypt)
• Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Businesses must provide valid tax documentation when required

18. PERSONAL DATA

Client data is handled in accordance with Egyptian Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

19. TERMINATION

• Clients may stop using services at any time
• We may suspend or terminate services for violations
• Outstanding payments remain due after termination

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes shall be subject to Egyptian courts, including the Economic Courts where applicable.
